PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seated-type cervical traction device that can be adjusted timely, and provide an angle detection method.SOLUTION: A seated-type cervical traction device and its angle detection method has a stretching module 10, an overhang member 20, a traction member 33 and a sensing module 40. The overhang member 20 is installed in one side of the stretching module 10. One side of the traction member 33 is connected to the stretching module 10, and the opposite end is hung down to the lower part through one end of the overhang member 20. The sensing module 40 is installed in a portion of the traction member 33 hanging down to the lower part through the one end of the overhang member 20. When towing the traction member 33, the one end point of the overhang member 20 is extended to the lower part and, and a traction angle 310 is formed on the basis of the angle perpendicular to the horizontal plane. The sensing module 40 detects the traction angle. In this way, an operator can definitely know the traction angle to the user of the seated-type cervical traction device, and can perform associated adjustment timely.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
