PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathing wheelchair configured to appropriately set an angle of a footrest according to an attitude of a chair part.SOLUTION: A bathing wheelchair 2 includes a truck part 3 having wheels 30, and a chair part 4 supported by the truck part 3. The chair part 4 includes: a seat part 40 a leg rest part 42 connected to the seat part 40 so as to turn rotationally within a vertical plane a footrest part 43 connected to the leg rest part 42 so as to turn rotationally within a vertical plane and a rotational mechanism, in conjunction with rotational turning of the leg rest part 42, rotationally turning the footrest part 43 in an opposite direction of the rotational direction of the leg rest part 42.
