PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing healthy supplementary foods by analyzing characteristics of ingredients and pharmacological components included in them and effectively extracting the pharmacological components therefrom. CONSTITUTION: The healthy supplementary food is manufactured by the steps of: trimming and salting duck meats; aging the meats for 3 days in a bamboo container covered with bamboo leaves; putting 45 L of a marsh snail, 4kg of catalpa tree and 200 L of purified water into a first loess pot; putting 4kg of a balloon flower, 4kg of Angelicae gigantis Radix, and 20 L of purified water into a second loess pot; putting the pretreated duck meats and 20L of purified water in a third loess pot; putting 4kg of Artemisia Capillaris Thunb and 10 L of purified water in a forth loess pot; heating all pots at 1000 deg.C for 6-12 hours; putting 3kg of Ulmi cortex and 10 L of purified water in a fifth pot then heating it at 1000 deg.C for 24-36 hours; separating the ingredients from each pot t
