The present invention relates to technological improvement in an electrostatic spraying method for skin, and more specifically, to an increase in the adhesion of a coating film formed on the skin by electrostatic spraying. Provided is a method for producing a coating film on skin, the method being characterized by having, in the following order or reverse order: a liquid agent application step for applying a polymer-containing liquid agent onto the skin by a method other than electrostatic spraying and a step for electrostatically spraying a composition containing component (a) and component (b) onto the skin directly to form a coating film on the skin.
