Also provided is a method for producing an ultraviolet protection coating film on skin, the method being characterized by having, in the following order or reverse order: a step for applying an ultraviolet protection agent-containing composition onto the skin； and a step for electrostatically spraying a composition containing component (a) and component (b) onto the skin directly to form a coating film on the skin.
