The present invention relates to a removal method of salt in waste shells by electrolysis which comprises: a first step of pulverizing the waste shells into a constant size； a second step of successively passing the pulverized waste shells through a two-layered filtering net which includes an upper filtering net in 300 mesh and a lower filtering net in 400 mesh located on the lower side of the upper filtering net, to sort out and separate foreign materials from the waste shells； a third step of storing high concentration sodium hypochlorite obtained by electrolyzing diluted salt water in a washing water tank of a salt removal device, providing process water into the washing water tank to mix the washing water with sodium hypochlorite and obtain sterilizing and disinfecting water in a predetermined concentration, and washing the waste shells without the foreign material by inserting the shell into the washing water tank； and a fourth step of drying the washed waste shells. NaCl, which is salt on dried shell powder is removed, so the shell powder can be used for agricultural soil sterilizer or fertilizer.
