The present invention relates to a downward upright arrangement seeding machine of a root part of a garlic seed bulb, capable of arranging the root part of a garlic seed bulb downward, receiving the arranged garlic seed bulb, and allowing a user to seed the garlic seed bulb without changing the posture. The present invention comprises: an upright aligner which comprises a plurality of tray assemblies having trays arranged so that the root part of the garlic seed bulbs are downward, and a tray drive assembly circulating the trays of the tray assemblies to a garlic seed bulb receiving position and a garlic seed bulb feeding position and providing left and right swings to the tray assembly to align the garlic seed bulbs accommodated during circulation； and an upright seeding device which comprises a plurality of seeding hopper assemblies having a plurality of seeding hoppers receiving and seeding garlic seed bulbs arranged from the tray at the garlic seed bulb feeding position, and a seeding hopper drive assembly opening the lower part of the seeding hoppers at the garlic seed bulb seeding position so that the garlic seed bulb are sown while circulating the seeding hoppers of the seeding hopper assemblies to the garlic seed bulb feeding position and the garlic seed bulb seeding position.본 발명은 마늘종구의 발근부가 하향하도록 정렬시키면서 정렬된 마늘종구를 공급받아 자세변화 없이 그래도 파종할 수 있게 하는 마늘종구 발근부 하향 직립 정렬 파종장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 마늘종구들의 발근부가 하향하도록 정렬되는 트레이를 가지는 다수의 트레이 어셈블리와, 트레이 어셈블리들의 트레이를 마늘종구 수용위치 및 마늘종구 공급위치로 순환시키면서 순환 시 수용된 마늘종구들이 정렬되도록 트레이 어셈블리에 좌우 요동을 제공하는 트레이 구동 어셈블리로 이루어진 직립정렬기； 및 마늘종구 공급위치에서 트레이로부터 정렬된 마늘종구를 공급받아 파종하는 다수의 파종호퍼를 가지는 다수의 파종호퍼 어셈블리와, 파종호퍼 어셈블리들의 파종호퍼들을 마늘종구 공급위치 및 마늘종구 파종위치로 순환시키면서 마늘종구가 파종되도록 마늘종구 파종위치에서 파종호퍼들의 하부를 개방시키는 파종호퍼 구동 어셈블리로 이루어진 직립파종기；를 포함한다.
