The present invention is to provide a transplanter which can improve withdrawal accuracy of implants of a withdrawal device. The transplanter comprises: a tray supply device of supplying a tray accommodating seedlings； a planting device of planting the seedlings to a covering； and a withdrawal device (200) withdrawing the seedlings from the tray of the tray supply device and supplying the same to the planting device. The withdrawal device (200) moves as a first guided member (245) and a second guided member (247) installed on two points of a substrate (250) are guided to a common guiding unit (240), changes a posture from a withdrawal condition in which a withdrawal member (260) withdraws the seedlings from the tray to a supply condition supplied to the planting device.(과제) 인출장치의 이식물의 인출 정밀도를 향상시킬 수 있는 이식기를 제공하는 것.(해결수단) 모종을 수용한 트레이를 공급하는 트레이 공급장치와, 모종을 포장에 식부하는 식부장치와, 트레이 공급장치의 트레이로부터 모종을 인출해서 식부장치에 공급하는 인출장치(200)를 구비한 모종 이식기에 있어서, 인출장치(200)는 기판(250)의 2개소에 설치된 제 1 피안내 부재(245) 및 제 2 피안내 부재(247)가 공통의 안내부(240)에 안내되면서 이동함으로써 인출 부재(260)가 트레이로부터 모종을 인출하는 인출 상태로부터 자세를 변경해서 식부장치에 공급하는 공급 상태로 되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
