PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial fish bank having large density and extremely high durability in the sea, and an underwater wooden structural fish bank block and an underwater structure which achieve excellent fish bank effect.SOLUTION: A fish bank is formed by mutually jointing plural bar-shaped frame materials 11 via a connection tools 12, and has a flat surface on at least a bottom surface, and is formed into a polyhedron hollow structure.
