<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bamboo fish bank in which placing instability in the sea bottom caused by buoyancy is improved and seaweed tends to grow thick and strength and shape can retain over a long period and provide a bamboo fish bank capable of carrying out stepped pile installation on a vehicle and loading on a load-carrying platform of the vehicle in a small area and to provide a method for assembling the bamboo fish bank. <；P>；SOLUTION: The bamboo fish bank is equipped with concrete blocks and a plurality of bamboo members having arranged bars and concrete in a cylinder.
