<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soap bar which contains a microorganismic culture having no alkali resistance and is capable of preventing the microorganismic culture from deadening in the soap bar, furthermore capable of securely exerting the operation the microorganismic culture has, and to provide a method of delivery using the same. <；P>；SOLUTION: This soap bar has the microorganismic culture having no alkali resistance, a gelatin layer covering the microorganismic culture, and a soap body circumscribing the gelatin layer. The microorganism preferably contains at least lactic acid bacteria. Preferably, a layer material in which the microorganismic culture is laminated between a pair of gelatin layers may be arranged so as to divide the soap body into at least two pieces.
