PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for processing a fruit by which interference of a seed with a separation portion can be suppressed.SOLUTION: The apparatus for processing a fruit for separating a fruit into a flesh part and a seed part includes: a storing portion (a storing cylinder 6 and a shielding plate 10b) for storing the fruit a separation portion 3 for separating the fruit into the flesh part and the seed part by allowing the fruit to pass through and a pushing portion 9 for pushing the fruit stored in the storing portion into the separation portion 3.
