PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for processing a fruit by which the mixing of a seed piece into a flesh part can be prevented.SOLUTION: The apparatus for processing a fruit for separating a fruit into the flesh part and the seed part includes a storing portion (a storing cylinder 6 and a shielding plate 10b) for storing the fruit, a separation portion 3 for separating the fruit into the flesh part and the seed part by allowing the fruit to pass through, and a pushing portion 9 for pushing the fruit stored in the storing portion into the separation portion 3.
