PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid controller capable of smoothly and surely performing an operation in a fluid transfer state.
SOLUTION: The fluid controller 28 comprises: a conduit 63 for transferring fluid a nozzle 31 forming one end side of the conduit 63 a connection part 55 provided on one end part of the nozzle 31, to which the end part of a tube for transferring the fluid is extrapolated and connected an operation part 59 provided on the side of the connecting direction C of the tube relative to the connection part 55, for controlling the fluid transfer state in the conduit 63 and an abutting part 56 provided between the connection part 55 and the operation part 59 and abutting on the end part of the tube.
