PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably and accurately extract a three-dimensional image of a cartilage region of a joint while eliminating influence of proficiency of a user as much as possible and reducing the amount of operation input.SOLUTION: A program is executed by a computer including an image storage part stored with three-dimensional image data of a bone joint region. The program causes the computer to execute a bone region extraction step (S108) and a cartilage region extraction step (S110). The bone region extraction step (S108) of extracting a bone region includes executing: range specifying processing (S103-S107) of specifying a range including a bone joint part of the image data stored in the image storage part contour extraction processing of extracting contour information of the bone joint part within the specified range expansion processing of expanding the bone joint part using the extracted contour information and variable model processing of receiving deformation with respect to the contour information of the expanded bone joint part.
