PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raw egg shell breaker capable of breaking a top part of a raw egg shell into a circular state as a raw egg often needs to be used for cooking without breaking by cutting a shell thereof into a neat circular state though it is not easy to cut the shell into a circular state without breaking a yolk of the raw egg.SOLUTION: An egg holder 2 having a stable member 2-1 in the undermost part has a soft structure flat on a floor so as to have a stable feeling when putting an egg therein. In addition, an upper part is thick and an under part is thin in the structure, and the holder is a bellows type, thereby the holder can be folded when unnecessary. A raw egg shell breaker main body 1 is a metallic cylinder having a metallic ball therein which is put in by opening a shell breaker upper lid 1-2. An inner part of a shell breaking part 1-1, the under part of the cylinder, is hollowed to become bowl-shaped. An egg 3 is placed longitudinally on the egg holder, the raw egg shell breaker main body is placed thereon, and the breaker is shaken several times up and down while holding by both hands, then the shell of the egg is cut into a circular state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】生卵の黄身を壊さずに、殻を円形状に切り取る事は容易に出来る事ではない。しかし、綺麗に円形状に殻を切り取り中の生卵を壊さずに料理に使用しなければならない事は多くある。生卵の殻の上部を丸く円形状に殻割りする生卵殻割り器を提供する 。【解決手段】卵ホルダー2は、卵を入れた時に安定感があるように、最下部は安定具2-1として、柔らかく且つ、床に平らになる構造にした。又、上部が太く下部が細い構造であり且つ、ジャバラ式にした。その為、不必要の時は畳んで置く事が出来る。生卵殻割り器本体1は、金属製の筒状であり殻割り器上部蓋1-2を開けて、中に金属製の玉を入れ、下部の殻割り部1-1は内部を窪ませ、お椀状にした。卵ホルダーの上に卵3を縦に載せ、その上に生卵殻割り器本体を載せて、両方の手で押さえながら垂直に上下に数回振ると卵の殻は円形状に割れる事を特徴とする。【選択図】図2
