PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for collecting eggs capable of obtaining high quality fertilized eggs having a high fertility rate, hatching rate, etc., stably and efficiently by performing insemination in an optimal period at an artificial insemination timing after maturation/induced ovulation by using an LHRHa-extended release preparation, as a method for securing good quality eggs from adult sevenband groupers.SOLUTION: This method for securing the good quality eggs from the sevenband groupers is provided by performing an embedding administration of a cholesterol pellet solid preparation or an injection administration of a cacao butter oil preparation as the extended releasing administrations of a synthetic lutenizing hormone-releasing hormone (LHRHa: des-Gly10,[D-Ala6-]-LHRH ethylamide) by 20 to 100 &mug/kg BW dosage of the LHRHa, as the adult sevenband groupers, using cultured the adult fishes cultured under an artificial environment, using individual bodies having 420 to 550 &mum egg diameter of ovarian eggs, performing egg collection after the hormone treatment by an artificial insemination method and also collecting eggs immediately after ovulation and immediately inseminating as the artificial insemination timing so as to enable the obtaining good quality fertilized eggs stably and efficiently from the adult fishes of sevenband grouper.COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は、マハタ親魚の良質卵確保手法として、LHRHa徐放性製剤を用いた成熟・排卵誘導後の人工授精タイミングにおいて、最適な時期に媒精を行うことで、受精率、ふ化率等の高い良質な受精卵を安定的かつ効率的に得る採卵方法を提供する。【解決手段】合成黄体形成ホルモン放出ホルモン(LHRHa:des-Gly10,[D-Ala6]-LHRH ethylamide)の徐放投与法として、コレステロールペレット固形製剤の埋め込み投与またはカカオバター油性製剤の注射投与を行い、LHRHaの投与量は20~100μg/kg BWとし、マハタ親魚は人為的環境下で養殖した養成親魚を用い、その卵巣卵の卵径が420~550μmの個体を使用し、ホルモン処理後の採卵は人工授精により行い、かつ人工授精のタイミングは、排卵直後に卵を採取し、直ちに媒精することにより、マハタ親魚から安定的かつ効率的に良質な受精卵を得ることを可能にした。【選択図】図6
