The present invention relates to a functional health food for preventing or ameliorating arthritis containing a DNA fragment mixture consisting of a DNA fragment mixture with molecular weight of 2500-5000 kDa inclusive, a DNA fragment mixture with molecular weight greater than or equal to 50 and less than 2500 kDa, and a DNA fragment mixture with molecular weight greater than or equal to 5 and less than 50 kDa.
