PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leakage from around legs by making it hard for body fluid that flows along the skin to scatter around the legs.SOLUTION: In a surface sheet 3, a plurality of center ridge parts 10 and central groove parts 11 extending in the longitudinal direction are formed by turns in a width direction center area 20, and on both side areas 21 on both sides, a plurality of both side ridge parts 12 and both side groove parts 13 extending in the direction in which they tilt backward as they go inward in the width direction are formed by turns in the direction orthogonal to the center area.
