PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiographic apparatus which properly captures an imaging area without posing a subject uncomfortably.SOLUTION: When a far infrared sensor 52 detects that a subject W approaches a radiographic imaging apparatus 10, a guidance instruction section 54 starts guiding the face of the subject W. When a touch sensor 56 senses that the subject W comes in contact with an imaging platform 22, a supporting section 28 moves to a height corresponding to the breasts N of the subject W, and an imaging face 20 is set in the position in contact with the breasts N.
