PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiographic apparatus for breast examination, capable of surely acquiring tomographic images by surely inserting the breast to a detector ring.SOLUTION: A holder 5 for holding the breast B is provided. When the holder 5 is inserted to an opening of a gantry 11, the holder 5 is abutted to a stopper 11a that the gantry 11 has and is positioned with the gantry 11. Since the breast B of a subject M is not abutted to the gantry 11 since it is held by the holder 5, the breast B is surely housed in the opening of the gantry 11 without being deformed. Thus, the radiographic apparatus for a breast examination capable of surely acquiring tomographic images is provided.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】乳房を確実に検出器リングに挿入することにより確実に断層画像を取得することができる乳房検診用放射線撮影装置を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の構成によれば、乳房Bを保持する保持具5を備えている。保持具5をガントリ11の開口部に挿入すると、保持具5はガントリ11が有するストッパ11aに当接して、ガントリ11との位置決めがされる。本発明によれば、被検体Mの乳房Bは保持具5に保持されることによりガントリ11に当たることがないので、乳房Bを変形させずに確実にガントリ11の開口部に収容することができる。したがって、確実に断層画像を取得することができる乳房検診用放射線撮影装置が提供できる。【選択図】図1
