PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiographic image capturing device capable of measuring pressure distribution while pressure sensors are shared between a plurality of compression paddles, and a compression paddle thereof.SOLUTION: The radiographic image capturing device includes an imaging table 22 including an imaging surface 20 against which a breast of a subject is pressed a removable compression paddle 40 having a pressing portion 42 for pressing the breast against the imaging surface 20 and a compression paddle support portion 30 including a first split member 32 and a second split member 34, and to which the compression paddle 40 is attached by sandwiching the compression paddle 40 between the first split member 32 and the second split member 34, and including a plurality of pressure sensors 37 for detecting pressures applied to a plurality of sites of the attached compression paddle 40.
