PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a center of gravity shifting training system capable of training for a user to acquire smooth center of gravity shifting.SOLUTION: A control device 5 includes: a display processing part 51 for causing a display device 3 to display an operating image and a target image and an operation processing part 52 for changing a position of the operating image inside a display surface 30 on the basis of a center of gravity position of a user 2. The operation processing part 52 changes a display position of the operating image in the display surface 30 on the basis of the center of gravity position of the user 2 in a horizontal surface measured by a measurement device 4. The target image is an image to be tracked by the operating image and the user 2 operates the operating image on the display surface 30 by his or her own center of gravity shifting and can track the target image moving about on the display surface 30 by the operating image.
