PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a center of gravity shifting training system for providing training for a user to acquire smooth center of gravity shifting.SOLUTION: A calculation part calculates a balance value representing proportion of right and left loads of a user. An index generation part generates an index video 31 on the basis of the balance value and causes a display device 3 to display it. A model generation part generates a model video 32 showing a periodic change of balance value being a model of center of gravity shifting according to a set value stored to a storage part, and causes the display device 3 to display it. Thus, a user performs center of gravity shifting for changing a ratio of loads on respective right and left legs so that the user can track the movement of a bar graph in the model video 32 with the index video 31.
