The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing heart failure or dilated cardiomyopathy specifically induced by doxorubicin, the composition containing cilostazol as an active ingredient. The pharmaceutical composition of the present invention, while keeping the effects of an anticancer drug, doxorubicin, can improve the stability of the doxorubicin by containing, as an active ingredient, cilostazol, which is an adjurvant reducing side effects resulting from the treatment with only the doxorubicin, thereby improving an anticancer therapeutic effect.La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique destinée à prévenir linsuffisance cardiaque ou une cardiomyopathie dilatée spécifiquement induite par la doxorubicine, ladite composition contenant du cilostazol en tant que principe actif. La composition pharmaceutique selon la présente invention se montre capable daméliorer la stabilité dun médicament anticancéreux, la doxorubicine, tout en préservant ses effets, car elle contient, en tant que principe actif, du cilostazol, qui est un adjuvant qui réduit les effets secondaires résultant du traitement par la seule doxorubicine, ce qui permet daméliorer son effet thérapeutique anticancéreux.본 발명은 실로스타졸(cilostazol)을 유효성분으로 포함하며, 독소루비신(doxorubicin)에 의해 특이적으로 유도되는 심부전 또는 확장성 심근병증의 예방용 약학 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 약학 조성물은 독소루비신(doxorubicin) 항암제의 효과는 그대로 유지하면서, 상기 독소루비신(doxorubicin)만 처방했을 때의 부작용을 감소시키는 보조제로서의 실로스타졸을 유효성분으로 포함함으로써 상기 독소루비신(doxorubicin)의 안정성이 증진되어 항암치료의 효과를 향상시킬 수 있는 것이다.
