The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating ocular diseases, containing, as an active ingredient, an antibody specifically binding to CD9. More specifically, the CD9-specific antibody specifically binds to an extracellular region of a CD9 antigen exposed to the surface of cells, thereby exhibiting an effect of inhibiting cellular senescence by reducing CD9 expression in senescent cells. Therefore, the composition, of the present invention, containing, as an active ingredient, an antibody specifically binding to CD9 can be used as a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating geriatric ocular diseases.La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique, pour la prévention ou le traitement de maladies oculaires, contenant en tant que principe actif un anticorps se liant spécifiquement au CD9. Plus précisément, lanticorps spécifique du CD9 se lie spécifiquement à une région extracellulaire de lantigène CD9 exposée à la surface des cellules, manifestant ainsi un effet dinhibition de la sénescence cellulaire en diminuant lexpression du CD9 dans des cellules sénescentes. Par conséquent, la composition de la présente invention, contenant comme principe actif un anticorps se liant spécifiquement à CD9, peut être utilisée en tant que composition pharmaceutique pour la prévention ou le traitement de maladies oculaires gériatriques.본 발명은 CD9에 특이적으로 결합하는 항체를 유효성분으로 함유하는 안질환 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 CD9 특이적 항체는 세포 표면에 노출되어 있는 CD9 항원의 세포 외 영역과 특이적으로 결합함으로써, 노화된 세포에서 CD9의 발현을 감소시켜 세포 노화를 억제하는 효과를 나타내었다. 따라서, 본 발명의 CD9에 특이적으로 결합하는 항체를 유효성분으로 함유하는 조성물은 노인성 안질환 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물로 활용될 수 있다.
