PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device, an information processing method, and a program capable of effectively estimating change in a users psychological state.SOLUTION: An information processing device 100 which estimates change in a users psychological state comprises a feature amount calculation unit 111 and a psychological change estimation unit 112. The feature amount calculation unit 111 calculates the feature amount of the heartbeat of the user and the feature amount of the breath of the user.
