PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide labor-saving means for bed pollution control measures in the field of nursing care.SOLUTION: A nursing care sheet for preventing pollution of beds, is formed by disposing an absorber having the length of 80-90 cm, the width of 50-60 cm, and the thickness of 0.1-1 cm, at a central part of the waterproof sheet having the length of 145-155 cm, and the width of 55-65 cm, where the absorber is formed by covering a mixture of a polymer absorbent material and pulp by a water absorbent sheet. The absorber includes a mixture of acrylic acid polymer and the pulp, and a mass ratio of the acrylic acid polymer to the pulp is 15:85-50:50.
