The present invention provides multi-chamber encapsulated cell therapy cartridge devices capable of delivering biologically active molecules, as well as methods of using these devices. In one aspect, an implantable cell culture device is provided that includes two or more individual chambers, each individual chamber comprising a) a therapeutically effective amount of one or more biologically active molecules.
