The present invention discloses therapeutic compositions and methods for inducing an immune response against human papillomavirus (HPV). More particularly, the present invention discloses a method of inducing an immune response in a subject by introducing and expressing a nucleic acid molecule encoding an immunogenic HPV antigen.본 발명은 인간 유두종 바이러스 (human papillomavirus, HPV)에 대한 면역 반응을 유도하는 치료용 조성물 및 방법을 개시한다. 보다 구체적으로, 본 발명은 면역원성 HPV 항원을 코딩하는 핵산 분자를 도입 및 발현시킴으로써 피험자에서 면역 반응을 유도하는 방법을 개시한다.
