The present invention can prevent and treat atherosclerosis-caused hypertension collaboratively in multi-approach, multilevel and multi-target fashion； in addition, the present invention has a formulation containing no toxic traditional Chinese medicine, and is suitable for long-term taking by patients with atherosclerosis-caused hypertension.
