PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant cultivation method by watering from the bottom without providing excessive humidity by root entanglement to a watering strip at the time of plant growth in a method which sucks up water in an upper container to supply to compost by application of capillarity of a watering strip as a cultivation method by watering from bottom.SOLUTION: Sucking up water 5 is enabled semipermanently because of a chain condition of water comprised in soil by employing a method comprising placing a tank 3 under a cultivation vessel 1, sucking up the stored water 5 required amount by capillarity of a watering strip of micro cloth, and supplying to compost of an upper container 1, and further filling a space between compost with a mixed culture soil 2 comprising 50% or more of Akadama soil.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】底灌水栽培法として吸水紐の毛細管現象の応用で上の容器に水を吸い上げ、培養土に供給する方法で発生する、給水紐への植物成長時の根絡みによる過湿が生じない底潅水栽培法を提供する。【解決手段】栽培容器1の下にタンク3を置き貯水した水5をマイクロクロスの給水紐の毛細管現象で必要水量を吸い上げ、上の容器1の培養土に供給する方法を採用し、さらに赤玉土を50%以上で混合培養土2となし、培養土の隙間を埋めることにより、土に含まれた水は連鎖状態になり、毛細管で水5を半永久的に吸い上げることが可能とする。【選択図】図1
