METHOD FOR REMOVING ORGANIC COMPONENTS AND THE CONVERSION PRODUCTS OF SAID COMPONENTS CONTAINED IN VAPOR AND FOR RECOVERING HEAT FROM VAPOR, AND DEVICE FOR CARRYING OUT SAID METHOD
The invention relates to a method for treating vapor, in particular baking vapor, for use in systems that release vapor which contains steam, organic components, and the conversion products of said components, in particular in bake ovens. The steam contained in the vapor is condensed out in a single stage by directly cooling the vapor by contacting same with a coolant in at least one condensation chamber, and the organic components and the conversion products of said components contained in the vapor are also separated at the same time. The invention likewise relates to a device for carrying out said method.
