PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably display a boundary image without depending on imaging time by synchronizing the cycle of deformation of a measurement target with the imaging cycle.SOLUTION: The cycle of vibration of a vibration source is synchronized with the imaging cycle using the vibration source which imparts the deformation to the target. In this case, the motion distribution in an imaging field is made so as not to have 0 point by obtaining the distributions of two motions where the phases are shifted by 90° by carrying out imaging at 0°, 90°, 180°, and 270° to the vibration cycle of the vibration source, estimating the motion from 0° and 180°, and estimating the motion from 90° and 270°.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】 測定対象物の変形の周期と撮像周期を同期させることで、境界画像を撮像時刻に依存せずに安定して表示すること。【解決手段】 対象物に変形を与える振動源を用いて、振動源の振動の周期と撮像の周期を同期させる。この時、振動源の振動周期に対して、0°、90°、180°、270°で撮像を行い、0°と180°から動きを推定、90°と270°から動きを推定することで、位相が90°ずれた二つの動き分布を求めることで、撮像視野内の動き分布が0点を持たないようにする。【選択図】 図1
