PURPOSE: A disease and insect pest management system using an image taken from a fruit tree cultivation field is provided to analyze the kind and the distribution of pests using the image for determining the controlling time of agricultural chemicals. CONSTITUTION: A disease and insect pest management system comprises the following: a fruit tree pest forecasting device(20) taking images of pests attached to a flypaper bottom plate inside a main body； a gateway(25) collecting the pest images； a pest distribution analyzer(40) measuring the number of pests and the kinds of pests, and displaying the obtained information on a GIS map； a data receiving unit receiving data including the images from the fruit tree pest forecasting device； an image-taking period setting unit controlling the image-taking period； and an image analyzing unit receiving the pest images from the gateway.과수재배 현장에서 해충들을 촬영하고 촬영된 이미지로부터 해충의 종류 및 분포를 분석하여 농약의 방제시기를 결정하기 위한 병해충 관리 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 과수재배 현장에 설치되고, 본체 내부로 유입되어 끈끈이 밑판에 달라붙은 해충들의 이미지를 촬상하는 적어도 하나이상의 과수해충 예찰장치； 해당 구역 내의 과수해충 예찰장치로부터 해충 이미지를 수집하여 중계하는 적어도 하나이상의 게이트웨이； 상기 해충 이미지를 수신하여 해충의 종류 및 개체수를 추출하고 추세정보를 분석하여 GIS맵 상에 표시하는 해충분포 분석장치를 포함하는 구성을 마련한다.상기와 같은 과수 해충의 예찰 관리 장치 및 방법에 의해, 원거리의 현장에 조사자가 파견되지 않아도 자동으로 해충의 밀도, 발생시기, 종류 등을 조사분석할 수 있고, 조사자의 경험이나 조사능력에 따라 조사분석이 달리 나오는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
