PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric wire holder and wire stretcher that can attain the one or two touch operation for setting the holder to the supporting pole, when the wire protected from animals and birds is stretched and when the wire is set to the holder whereby the time and labor for the wire installation are saved and the wire tension is kept at a certain level with loosening reduced and provide a place to which a bird of a large size can stay safely. SOLUTION: The stretched electric wire is supported with the wire holders at prescribed intervals and the main body is equipped with the wire holding means and a pole fixing means.
