PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably hold an operation lever at prescribed turning positions independently of the tension of a wire, and to reduce an operation amount.SOLUTION: A lever operating device 90 includes a main clutch lever 54, a main clutch, a holding mechanism 80, and the like. The holding mechanism 80 includes: a first supporting member 81 axially supported by a turning shaft 66 in a manner turnable integrally with the main clutch lever 54 a slide shaft member 83 slidably inserted through a cam hole 81c opened through the first supporting member a second supporting member 82 on whose one side the slide shaft member is erected and whose other side is axially supported by a turning shaft 87 and a torsion spring 84 having one end engaged with a base plate 63 and the other end engaged with the slide shaft member and performing the biasing so that the distance between both engagement parts are expanded.
