The present invention relates to a fumigation device of fresh fruits and vegetables using a fixed structure. The purpose of the present invention is to quickly diffuse fumigation gas by forming negative pressure in the inside of the fixed structure before the fumigation is executed and prevent the temperature of the inside of the fixed structure from increasing by the fumigation gas.
