The invention relates to a hearing protection device (1) comprising a headband (4) and two ear units (2, 3), each being attached to an end section (6, 7) of said headband (4), and a support element (5) being attached to said headband (4). Furthermore, said headband (4) is formed by injection molding, that said support element (5) comprises two end sections (5a, 5b) being attached to said headband (4) and that said support element (5) is arranged for resting on top of a user´s head during use of said hearing protection device (1).
