PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a product and a method allowing efficient ingestion coenzyme Q10 from normal food by providing a composition suitable for making livestock, poultry, fish and shellfish, a pet, and the like, efficiently absorb the coenzyme Q10, and obtaining, as its result, the livestock products (eggs, milk, and the like) containing the coenzyme Q10 in high concentration, and making the food using those.SOLUTION: As a result of keen examination, by producing a composition in an emulsification form containing oxidized form coenzyme Q10 or reduced form coenzyme Q10, a surfactant and/or water-soluble polymer, and mixing the composition with a feed, the amount of the coenzyme Q10 in the blood of living objects, such as a hen, can sufficiently be raised, further, a chicken egg, milk and meat containing the large amount of the coenzyme Q10 is found capable of being produced by the mixed product. These chicken eggs and the milk are expected to be significantly useful for maintaining human health.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】 本発明は、補酵素Q10を、家畜、家禽、魚介類、ペットなどに効率的に吸収させることに適した組成物を提供し、その結果、補酵素Q10を高い濃度で含有する家畜生産品(玉子、乳など)を得、それらを用いて食品を作ることにより、通常の食事から効率的に補酵素Q10を摂取出来る製品および方法を提供するものである。【解決手段】本発明者らは鋭意検討を行った結果、酸化型補酵素Q10または還元型補酵素Q10と、界面活性剤および/または水溶性高分子を含有する乳化形態の組成物を作製し、これを用いて飼料と混合することにより、鶏など対象生物の血中補酵素Q10量を充分に高めることが出来、更には、それによって補酵素Q10を大量に含有する鶏卵や牛乳および食肉などを生産できることを見出した。これら鶏卵や牛乳は、ヒトの健康維持に大いに役立つことが期待される。【選択図】 なし
