The present invention relates to a light bar adhesive tape for a backlight source. The light bar adhesive tape comprises: a transparent adhesive material layer (110) for adhering to the surface of a light bar flexible circuit board; a black and white flexible coating layer (120) having a back side and a white side, the white side (120W) being adhered to the transparent adhesive material layer (110); and a black and white transparent material layer (130) having a black side and a white side, the black side (130B) being adhered to the black side (120B) of the black and white flexible coating layer (120). The present invention also relates to a backlight module comprising the light bar adhesive tape, and a display device comprising the backlight module. The light bar adhesive tape for the backlight source can eliminate the bright bands and hot spots at a light incidence side of the backlight source.
