A self-stopping type precision filter infusion apparatus capable of preventing blood return comprises a drip chamber (1), a bottle plug puncture device (15) and catheters (2,16). A precision filter is arranged within a lower portion of the drip chamber (1). The precision filter is provided with an air diaphragm (12), a selective infusion device and a filter mounting base (8). The air diaphragm (12) is arranged at the bottom end of the filter mounting base (8) or at the bottom of the portion of drip chamber (1) arranged under the filter mounting base. The selective infusion device is fixed on the filter mounting base (8). The filter mounting base (8) is connected to the bottom of the drip chamber (1) and is communicated with an output end of the drip chamber (1). The selectively infusion device is provided with a hydrophilic diaphragm (13), and also comprises a first infusion pipe (7), a second infusion pipe (10) and a continuous liquid supply orifice (11) which are arranged on the filter mounting base (8), respectively. The heights of liquid inlet end surfaces of the second infusion pipe (10), the first infusion pipe (7) and the continuous liquid supply orifice (11) reduce sequentially, and the liquid inlet end surfaces are communicated with the output end of the drip chamber (1), respectively. The liquid inlet end surface of the continuous liquid supply orifice (11) is positioned at the bottom of the filter mounting base (8). The drip chamber (1) can also comprise a liquid inlet pipeline (3) and an exhaustion pipeline (4), and the height of the liquid outlet end of the liquid inlet pipeline (3) is more than that of the air intake end of the exhaustion pipe (4).
