The present invention relates to a Chaga mushroom extract and a method for manufacturing the same. The method comprises the steps of: (a) mixing 1,000-30,000 parts by weight of water with respect to 100 parts by weight of Chaga mushroom powder, and then stirring the same at 1,500-5,000 rpm for 1-5 days； (b) centrifuging the mixture after completion of stirring to separate a supernatant； and (c) filtering and freeze-drying the separated supernatant. The present invention has an effect of extracting an active ingredient of Chaga mushroom as much as possible without using an organic solvent.본 발명은 차가버섯추출물 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, a) 차가버섯 분말 100 중량부에 대하여, 물 1,000 ~ 30,000 중량부를 혼합한 후 1,500 ~ 5,000 rpm으로 1 ~ 5일간 교반하는 단계와； (b) 교반 완료후 원심분리하여 상등수를 분리하는 단계와； (c) 분리된 상등수를 여과하여 동결건조하는 단계로 구성됨으로써, 유기용매를 사용하지 않고 차가버섯의 유효성분을 최대한 추출할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
