PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce or prevent entry of odor factor materials which cannot be completely removed by only an existing vehicle air cleaning system, in which there are injection of a cleaning liquid, and decomposition cleaning of a component part, as a method for removing accumulated odor factor materials accumulated in a pipeline which is one factor of bad odor in the vehicle, but in the methods, the odor factor materials cannot be completely removed and cleaned.SOLUTION: The invention installs an odor removal and deodorization device to a pipeline port or to inside of the pipeline, related to outside air introduction and suction, and inside air circulation of the vehicle, thereby air including factors of odor and unpleasant odor, is deodorized during introduction, and in addition, adhesion of the odor factor materials and introduction of unpleasant odor into the vehicle due to accumulation of the odor factor materials, are reduced or inhibited.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】 現行の車輌空気清浄システムだけでは、完全に除去出来ない臭いの原因要因物質の侵入を軽減或いは防ぐ事。車輌内の悪臭原因の一つとして挙げられる配管内への臭気原因要因物質の蓄積物等を排除するための方法として、洗浄液の注入・当該部品部分の分解洗浄があるが、その方法では臭気原因要因物質が完全に洗浄除去できない。【解決手段】 本発明により、車輌の外気導入吸入や内気循環に係る配管口もしくは配管内に除臭消臭装置を設置することで、臭気や不快臭の原因を持った空気を、まず、導入時に脱臭消臭し、更に、配管内への、臭気の原因要因物質の付着とそれらの蓄積等による不快な臭いが車輌内に導入されることを軽減阻止することである。
