PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change a causative substance of body odor to another substance by utilizing an enzyme, and more concretely, to provide a method for eliminating the bad odor of the body and further changing it to an aroma.SOLUTION: It was found out that an enone-reductase, having enzyme activity for selectively reducing the &alpha, &beta-unsaturated bond of an &alpha, &beta-unsaturated ketone to form an &alpha, &beta-saturated ketone, has an effect of eliminating the aging odor and also changing it to a good smell. By using the enone-reductase, it is possible to convert the generated substance becoming the cause of body odor to a substance having the aroma. That is, by using the enone-reductase, the body odor can be changed and also the once generated body odor can be fundamentally eliminated.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】酵素を利用して体臭の原因物質を別の物質に変化させること、具体的には、体臭の悪臭を消失させ、さらに芳香に変化させる方法を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】α,β-不飽和ケトンのα,β-不飽和結合を選択的に還元し、α,β-飽和ケトンを生成する酵素活性を有するエノン還元酵素に、加齢臭を消失させるとともに、良い匂いに変化させる効果があることを見出した。エノン還元酵素を用いることにより、発生した体臭の原因となる物質を、芳香を有する物質に変換することができる。すなわち、エノン還元酵素を用いることにより、体臭を変化させることができる。また、一度発生した体臭を根本的に消失させることも可能である。【選択図】なし
