PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing liquid spawn suitable for inoculation and inoculating the liquid spawn into a mushroom cultivation container, which reduces culture cost required for culture and investment in liquid spawn production and/or transportation equipment, and avoids the risk of contamination due to various germs upon inoculation to reduce expense required for the inoculation.SOLUTION: The method for producing the liquid spawn suitable for inoculation and inoculating the liquid spawn into the mushroom cultivation container includes: culturing mycelia in the deep part of highly-concentrated culture solution until the content ratio of the mycelia to the culture solution gets at least twice as much as the content amount of the mycelia suitable for inoculation in the cultivation container on a spawn production site storing the highly-concentrated culture solution containing the mycelia in a storage/transportation container transporting the culture solution to an inoculation site crushing the aggregated mycelia in the highly-concentrated deep culture solution diluting the solution with sterilized water at an amount at least twice as much as the amount of the highly-concentrated deep part culture solution to produce liquid spawn for inoculation and stirring the liquid spawn and feeding the liquid spawn to an inoculator under pressure to inoculate the spawn into a mushroom production medium in the cultivation container at the inoculation site.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】 培養に要する培養コストを削減すると共に液体種菌製造や運搬設備の投資を下げて接種時の雑菌汚染の危険性を回避し接種に要する費用を低減することが可能な、接種に適する液体種菌を製造しキノコの栽培容器に接種する方法を提供する。【解決手段】 種菌製造地において、栽培容器内で培養液に対する菌糸体の含有比率が接種に適する菌糸体の含有量2倍以上となるまで菌糸体を高濃度深部培養し、保管輸送容器内で前記菌糸体を含有する高濃度の培養液を保管、接種実施地まで輸送し、接種実施地において、前記高濃度深部培養液中で塊状の菌糸体を粉砕し、前記高濃度深部培養液量の2倍以上の量の滅菌水で希釈し接種用液体種菌を製造し、液体種菌を攪拌して接種機に圧送して栽培容器内のキノコ生産培地に接種する、液体種菌を製造しキノコの栽培容器に接種する方法である。【選択図】 図1
