PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for imparting effect for keeping freshness of perishable foods with charged fine particle water, and concurrently preventing water content from evaporating from the surface of perishable foods.SOLUTION: Charged fine particle water is sprayed to a perishable food 1 covered with a wrap film 3, so that the resulting difference in concentration of the charged fine particle water between the inside and the outside of the wrap film 3 allows the charged fine particle water to infiltrate into the wrap film 3.
