A compound represented by the following general formula (I) which has ADAM17 inhibitory activity, or a salt thereof, or a solvate thereof: wherein X represents a phenylene group； Y represents a hydrogen atom, -(CH 2 ) m R 1 or the like； R 1 represents -NR 5 COR 2 , -NR 5 SO 2 R 2 or -NR 3 R 4 ； R 2 represents a C1-C6 alkyl group, an aryl group, or a C1-C6 alkoxy group； R 3 and R 4 represent a C1-C6 alkyl group and the like； R 5 represents a hydrogen atom or a C1-C6 alkyl group or the like； m indicates an integer of from 0 to 4； and Z represents a hydrogen atom or a C1-C6 alkyl group.
