The present disclosure discloses an extract of Antrodia cinnamomea and pharmaceutical application thereof. As confirmed by the researches of the present disclosure, said extract of Antrodia cinnamomea is able to decrease the activities of hepatic stellate cell and therefore obtain the efficacy of liver fibrosis prevention and/or treatment.
