PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a psychological burden of a care receiver about excretion and improve work environment of a caregiver.SOLUTION: A portable excretion care apparatus includes: being inserted into an anus of a care receiver being installed in the care receiver, with the buttocks surrounded by a wrapping sheet outer frame 1 when detecting an excretion start signal by the excretion, opening the anus by an anus opening/closing arm 4 upon detecting an excrement head signal, causing a first-stage feed device 44 and a second-stage feed device 45 to move the wrapping sheet 54 simultaneously with the excrement 58 and wrapping the excrement 58, while introducing the excrement in the wrapping sheet 54 when there is no excrement again for a prescribed time, opening/closing the anus opening/closing arm 4 a prescribed number of times simultaneously therewith, further moving the wrapping sheet 54 to perform wiping operation and, after termination of the preset number of times of wining operation, wrapping and sealing the excrement 58 and performing separation treatment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は、要介護人にとって排泄による精神的負担の軽減、及び介護人作業環境改善を提供する。【解決手段】要介護人の肛門に差込み、包合シート外枠1で臀部を囲んだ状態で要介護人に装着し、排泄により排泄開始信号を検出すると肛門開閉アーム4で肛門を開き、排泄物先頭信号検出により包合シート54を、1段目送り装置44と、2段目送り装置45とで、排泄物58に同期移動させ包合シート54の中へ排泄物58をを導入しながら包合し、一定時間再度の排泄が無ければさらに肛門開閉アーム4を一定回数開閉させ、同時に包合シート54をさらに移動させ拭き取り動作する、設定回数の拭き取り動作終了で排泄物58を包合封印し分離処理する携帯型排泄介護装置。【選択図】図1
